Westbury National needed a new image for their annual industry event, “IMAGINE 2017”. This event hosted over 500 Audio Visual industry professionals and their major industry clients and technology partners at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto.
With the help of one of our business partners, we were asked to take on the management as well as taking on the identity and branding of the entire IMAGINE event.

What Was Created
A new identity and entire collateral set for the event as well as the development of a landing page and digital way finding system.
Every once in a while,
a new technology, an old problem,
and a big idea turn into an innovation.
We led the development, content creation, and tracking of the event landing page, which received over 6,000 hits just 3 weeks. We also wrote and distributed segmented email campaigns, sending emails over ten weeks reaching over 20,000 people with a 61.4% open rate. A digital way-finding system was created to guide event attendees throughout the space.
